Directions

From I-405:

1. Take I-90 Westbound to Exit 7 (Island Crest Way)
2. Go straight off the exit, turn right on 81st Ave SE (right before the park and ride)
3. Mercer Isle will be on your right, either park on the street or in the park and ride
4. Go to the 300 building, and enter #47 to be buzzed in

I-5 going North

1. Take I-90 Eastbound to Exit 7A (77th Ave SE)
2. Turn left off the exit onto 77th Ave SE
3. Turn right onto North Mercer Way
4. Turn left onto 81st Ave SE (after the park and ride)
5. Mercer Isle will be on your right, either park on the street or in the park and ride
6. Go to the 300 building, and enter #47 to be buzzed in

Directions

From 520 East

1. Take the Bellevue Way NE exit - go 0.2 mi.
2. Bear RIGHT at Bellevue Way NE - go 1.4 mi.
3. Look for the entrance to “Carlyle” on your LEFT after you have passed NE 15th Street. The first LEFT you can take should be it. If you've passed NE 12th St. you’ve gone too far and should make a U-turn.
4. Once you've entered Carlyle, make a RIGHT and look for parking. You can park in any uncovered spot.

From I-405

1. Take the NE 8th St. exit 13B - go 0.5 mi.
2. Take the NE 8th St. West ramp - go 0.3 mi.
3. Bear RIGHT at NE 8th St - go 0.7 mi.
4. Turn Right at Bellevue Way NE - go 0.3 mi.
5. Drive past NE 12th Street. “Carlyle” is the first entrance on your Right after you've passed NE 12th Street.
6. Once you've entered Carlyle, make a RIGHT and look for parking. You can park in any uncovered spot.

Take exit 175 for WA-523/NE 145th St toward 5th Ave NE
3. Turn left onto WA-523 E/NE 145th St
4. Turn right onto 30th Ave NE
5. Turn left onto NE 125th St
6. Turn right onto 36th Ave NE
7. Arrive at 12049 36th Ave NE (First house on the right hand side of the private drive)

South:

1. Start on I-5 heading North
2. Take exit 171 for WA-522/Lake City Way toward Bothell
3. Slight right onto WA-522 E/Lake City Way NE
4. Turn right onto NE 125th St
5. Turn right onto 36th Ave NE
6. Arrive at 12049 36th Ave NE (First house on the right hand side of the private drive)

Directions

From I-5 northbound:

1. Take exit 173 for 1st Ave NE toward Northgate way.
2. At the end of exit ramp turn left at the light onto 1st Ave NE.
3. Turn right at the light onto Northgate way.
4. After the second light turn left onto 3rd Ave NE. (at the Target store)
5. Drive down 3rd ave NE, Citigate Apartments will be on your left.
6. Park on the street by Citigate Apts, (near the north end of the street), D building is in the NW corner, across the parking lot from the pool
7. Entrance to the building is on the north side. Buzz D201 to come up.

From I-5 Southbound:

1. Take exit 173 for Northgate way toward 1st Ave NE.
2. Take the second exit ramp toward Northgate Way.
3. Turn right off the ramp onto Northgate Way.
4. Go through the freeway underpass.
5. Turn left on 3rd Ave NE. (at the Target Store)
6. Drive down 3rd Ave NE, Citigate Apartments will be on your left.
7. Park on the street by Citigate Apts, (near the north end of the streer), D building is in the NW corner, across the parking lot from the pool.

Directions

On I-5 South:

1. Take the Stewart St. exit, Exit 166, toward Denny Way.
3. Turn a slight right onto Stewart St.
4. Turn left onto Denny Way, and get into the left lane as you drive uphill over I-5.
5. Turn left onto E Olive Way. (As you follow it past Broadway and towards Group Health, Olive Way becomes E. John St.)
6. At Group Health, turn right onto 15th Ave E
7. Turn left onto E. Denny Way and follow it until you cross 19th Ave. E
8. After the intersection of 19th and Denney, a row of townhouses will be on the left. 1922 is the second-to-last pink apartment.

On I-5 North:

1. Take the Dearborn St./James St. exit, Exit #164A, toward Madison St.
2. Turn right onto Madison St., driving uphill away from downtown. Follow Madison about 1.2 miles.
3. Turn left onto 20th Ave. E
4. East Denny Way is the next intersection. Look for the pink townhouse on the left side of the street.

Directions from the WA-520 Bridge:

1. Merge onto WA-520 W toward Seattle
2. Take the Lake Washington Blvd exit (It's the first Seattle exit off the bridge)
3. At the three-way stop, turn left onto Lake Washington Blvd E.
4. Follow the road through the arboretum, then turn right onto E. Madison St.
5. Follow Madison up the hill, then turn right at 20th Ave.
6. Drive one block to Denny Way and turn left. You will see a pink townhouse on the right side of the street.

1. If coming from 405, exit on 520 EAST towards Redmond.
2. Exit from 520 on 124th ave NE (the first exit east of 405).
3. At the light at the bottom of the exit ramp, turn LEFT onto Northrup Way (NE 20th St.). Get into the RIGHT lane.
4. At the next light, 130th Ave NE, turn RIGHT onto 130th.
5. Blue Sky will be on your LEFT. Park in any of our parking lot spaces.

From Redmond on 520 West:

1. Take 520 West toward Seattle.
2. Exit at 148th Ave. NE.
3. At the light at the top of the exit ramp, turn LEFT onto 148th Ave. NE.
4. At Northrup Way (NE 20th St.), turn RIGHT.
5. Go approximately 1 mile and turn LEFT onto 130th Ave. NE.
6. Blue Sky will be on your LEFT. Park in any of our parking lot spaces.

1. Take the NE 51st St exit
3. Turn left at NE 51st St
4. Turn right at 148th Ave NE
5. Turn right at Old Redmond Rd
6. Destination will be on the left (Olde Redmond Place Apartments)
7. Go up the Hill and take a left towards the “B” apartments
8. Park in any uncovered spot.
