WHAT TO EXPECT

Revolution is the place at Blue Sky where our High School students have a place to find and connect with each other. It meets at Blue Sky in the Youth Room from 7:00-8:45 p.m., Wednesdays, to talk about the Bible, pray and hang out. It is a low-pressure environment where students get to know other students from their schools, play ping-pong, xbox, foosball, etc., and learn about how the Bible is actually applicable to their everyday lives.

On Sunday's our High School students meet with the rest of the church for Bible teaching, worship, and prayer. Scott Bobsin oversees all of the High School and Junior High programs and can answer any questions you may have about how to get started. You can get in touch with him here.

                                                                    Current Teaching Series
                       dating-and-sex
Our students are constantly bombarded through media, music, internet, T.V., etc. with ideas about what is supposed to be normal when it comes to dating and sex.  Although it can sometimes be a taboo subject within Christian communities, we believe it is INCREDIBLY important to talk about from the Bible.  Many adults carry deeply seeded scars from poor decisions that were made in their formative years, and we long that our students don't go through some of the same painful mistakes we too often see in the culture today, including the church. Over this 4 week series we will talk about what it looks like to be a follower of Jesus, in high school, and how to follow Him even when the pressure feels like too much to not give in to.
