Membership
Membership is for those who have found Blue Sky to be their church home. Our members believe that God has called them to share in the mission of making authentic disciples for Jesus in the Seattle area. The purpose of membership is to help us know who we can depend on and to help individuals grow spiritually through commitment and accountability.
Here are some steps that you can take as you begin thinking about becoming a member at Blue Sky Church. Taking all these steps fulfills the commitments we ask our members to make.
- Become a baptized follower of Jesus.
- Regularly attend a Sunday service.
- Join a Small Group and commit yourself to the group mission.
- Complete our Blue Sky Series.
- Serve on a team and attend Team Blue Sky.
- Commit to tithing 10% of your gross income to the local church.
