Kids Program Registration

Welcome, and thank you for registering your child(ren) for the Kids Program at Blue Sky Church. Your family should complete this process only one time (one form per child ages newborn-5th grade please).  

At Blue Sky, we use an iPad enabled electronic check-in system which will be populated with your family's registration information if you submit this form by Saturday at noon prior to attending.
