Small Groups Small Groups are the life of our church community and the key to our growth as individuals. If you only attend Sunday worship, you may attend for months and not really get to know many people--that's just how it works in larger gatherings!
Our groups are designed to help you make new friends, apply the Bible to your life, and receive the support and encouragement that we all need. We think you'll find them casual, fun, and relevant. We have Small Groups that meet all over Seattle and the East-side, check them out!
Blue Sky Series
The Blue Sky Series is a four part series of training events that are designed to help you mature as a follower of Jesus and to learn more about who we are at Blue Sky Church. We offer one session in the series each month and you may take them in any order.
You can register before each session using your Sign Up Card at our Sunday Service or by e-mailing us at LoveGod@bluesky-church.com (childcare is always available for those who pre-register).

Serving
Why should I serve in the church? Simply put: To become a Biblical Christian. A Christian not serving is a contradiction in terms. Jesus Christ came to serve. "For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many" (Mark 10:45).
Serving is one of the fundamental ways to define the ministry of Jesus. As followers of Jesus, we devote ourselves to a life of service in His church.
The best way to get started serving is to take the session of the Blue Sky Series titled "Serving." It will help you navigate how we serve in the midst of Jesus' church. Our Blue Sky Series is offered three times a year, so there are many chances to catch a session if you miss one! |
